This exciting collaborative project brings together the sounds of Saffron's Silhouette Ensemble and the shadow puppetry of Armchair Puppet Theatre to create a rich new performance of the enchanting story, The Blue Bird by Maurice Maeterlinck. This piece combines music, story-telling and puppetry to create an enthralling, magical performance.
Combined media communication workshop
We are thrilled to share our newly-fuelled inspiration for the interaction between music and puppetry, which emerged from the collaboration in The Blue Bird project, in an innovative and exciting communication workshop. The programme is designed to develop creativity, cooperation and evaluation skills in the participants by immersing them in an in-depth exploration of the interaction between media.
